As a recognized tax-exempt nonprofit organization under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code, the Lincoln Presidential Foundation follows best practices in nonprofit accounting standards. These include an annual, independent audit, and making the Foundation’s audited 990s and annual reports available and transparent.

Our track record speaks for itself. Since its founding more than 20 years ago, the Foundation has not had a single audit finding.
